Heartspace were appointed for a full turnkey service for an AAA-Grade design for financial services company Cashflow Capital in the Menlyn Maine Precinct. Cash Flow Capital was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Pretoria, Gauteng. Cash Flow Capital is a young, dynamic company that was started by a group of professionals who wanted to assist SMEs to grow their businesses by providing quick and easy access to capital. The design is a seamless union between modern industrialism and old world elements rooted in tradition and wealth. Heartspace were responsible for the full design, project management, engineering services and turnkey fitout of this office space.
